Self-Help Grantee Instructions to Social Media
“LIKE” us on Facebook. Individual employees should be encourages to do so, too. Everyone who likes us will be allowed to post on our Facebook wall. To “LIKE” go on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/selfhelphousingspotlight and hit LIKE.
Comment, share and post on our Facebook page. It is important to not just “like” our page, but also to comment, like or share the occasional post, otherwise we will not show up in yo unews feed.
Post on your own Facebook page and tag us in your posts using hashtag(s).
Sample Facebook Post: Pics from our move-in this week @selfhelphousingspotlight #50yrs50homes (include your photos). You may post on yoru wall and by tagging us (in the @selfhelphousingspotlight) it will also show up on ours.
Follow us on Twitter with your business (minimum) and even your persoanl accounts if you wish. Invite your firends or other organizations to do the same. Retweet our posts. Find us by signing into Twitter.com and putting in our handle here.
